Terry Donovan received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Connecticut School of Law.  In 1990, she joined The Law Offices of Jeremiah and Terry Donovan as a partner.   For approximately twenty years, she has been an active member of the Connecticut Family Bar Assocation, on whose Executive Committee she has served for many years.  Attorney Donovan is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, of which she served as President in 2005 -  only the second woman ever to have served in said capacity.  Terry has also served for six years on both the New London County Grievance Committee and on Connecticut’s Federal Grievance Committee.  Attorney Donovan's practice primarily focuses on divorce, custody and other family matters.  She also handles personal injury matters, municipal property tax appeals and probate court disputes.​
